This update communicates a proposed room-level concept. It is not technical design approval, a construction release, verification of installed conditions, or purchase authorization.

## S04 — Unisex restroom

The concept proposes two basin stations and one water closet in S04. One basin retains its prior fixture designation and is proposed for reassignment from the open-office area to S04. The proposed room schedule counts that station once in S04 and does not count it a second time at its former assignment. The room assignment remains subject to owner and discipline confirmation; installed conditions are not verified.

## Basin schedule change

The latest concept schedule reports eight basin stations compared with seven in the earlier concept schedule. This one-station schedule difference reflects the retained basin identity proposed for reassignment to S04. It does not establish a new purchase quantity or a verified installed count.

## Services and quantities

Water supply, drainage, venting, traps, shutoffs, penetrations, support, backing, anchorage, and the mirror-light electrical connection remain uncoordinated. Door operation and usable clearances remain unresolved. No service routes, sizes, capacities, accessibility, code-compliance, or performance findings are issued. Procurement quantities, cost, and duration remain undetermined; no purchase is authorized.

The kitchenette service sink is separate from the bathroom basin count; its product and service connections are not specified.
