# LINDE | Electrical & Data | R4B Impact Addendum to D4.2

**Issue date:** 9 October 2026
**Status:** **CLIENT_READY — conceptual communication only**
**Discipline disposition:** This addendum supplements D4.2 and leaves that issue unchanged. It may be used for conceptual decision communication only. It is not a construction, procurement, installation, permit, commissioning, or as-built release, and it does not approve the full Decision Pack.

## What changed

D4.2 already states that the Electrical reviewer did not directly inspect the native scene; it limits statements to conceptual design intent and leaves geometry, electrical interfaces, the electrical delta, and technical unknowns open.

The available Architecture closeout for the exact R4B base reports a bounded geometry QA of **nine modeled window openings**. This is fenestration geometry evidence only, not an Electrical/Data object inventory. The QA provides no point register, circuit/load schedule, route lengths, ceiling-host review, or camera-view coordination.

No R4B-specific Electrical & Data quantity delta is established. **No zero delta is declared.** Electrical objects in R4B have not been read back and reconciled against the prior register for this addendum.

## Electrical & Data disposition

| Topic | Finding against D4.2 and available R4B evidence |
|---|---|
| Points and allocation | D4.2 leaves the point register and element-level reconciliation open. The earlier register records 255 schematic symbols, including 4 unallocated points; those are prior documentary counts, not an R4B remeasurement or installed-work count. |
| Circuits, loads, and routes | D4.2 has no current point-to-circuit map, connected-load schedule, or measured route lengths. No electrical route has been checked against R4B openings, ceilings, or other services. Missing values remain TBD, not zero. |
| AC-01 | Equipment identity, nameplate, branch/disconnect, connected load, and route remain unverified. No indoor/outdoor proxy or HVAC circuit provision establishes installed equipment count. |
| Luminaires and ceiling interface | D4.2 treats the S04 mirror/light form as visual intent; product, electrical connection, quantity, circuit, load, control, support, and service access remain TBD. Luminaire product/photometry and ceiling host, mounting, and clearances have not been verified in R4B. |
| Reception and data | Outlet IDs, port/IT requirements, display feed, PoE, circuit, and cable route remain unmapped. No certified data link or R4B endpoint delta is established. |
| Camera views | Electrical/data visibility and clearance in R4B camera views are unverified. The window geometry QA does not check camera-view coordination. |

The earlier Electrical & Data register records 39/13/36 L1–L3 symbols, 2/6 legacy LW/LX symbols, 68/47 normal/stabilized double-socket assemblies, and 44 data termination symbols. These are documentary references from the prior issue only; D4.2 and this addendum establish no takeoff or R4B quantity change.

## Required before engineering or code release

Electrical engineering design approval and applicable-code/authority approval remain **PENDING**. Confirm the project site and competent local authority, then complete the element-level point reconciliation, circuit/load/route schedule, AC-01 equipment and service interfaces, luminaire/product and photometric checks, ceiling and camera-view clearances, and data endpoint/path mapping.

**Release decision:** **CLIENT_READY for conceptual communication only.** Do not use this review to authorize construction, purchasing, installation, energization, or a compliance claim.
