# Schedule basis — R09

## Purpose

Conceptual planning schedule for discussion. Dates and durations are assumptions, not an approved baseline or commitment. Verify scope, calendar, logic, durations, and dates before operational use.

## Scope

Conceptual execution sequence for the LINDE Arequipa Decision Pack, assessed against approved architectural design revision R4B. The schedule retains five work packages and staged occupied-area releases; it is for planning discussion only.

## Basis and assumptions

- Purpose: Conceptual planning
- Revision: R09
- Data date: 2026-10-09
- Start date: 2026-10-05 (illustrative)
- Calendar: Monday-Friday, 08:00-12:00 / 13:00-17:00; no holiday exceptions modelled, and the local holiday/access calendar is unconfirmed.
- Durations and lags use an 8-hour working day (480 minutes). Fractional workdays are rounded to the nearest whole working minute.
- Dates are calculated in local, timezone-naive project time. FS, SS, FF, and SF links use the same working calendar.
- Critical status is calculated from total float in this schedule model. PDF bars are a visual aid; dates, durations, and logic in the data table and XML are authoritative.

## Limitations

The 05-Oct-2026 start is an inherited illustrative anchor, not a contractual date. The Monday-Friday 08:00-12:00 / 13:00-17:00 calendar is provisional; local holidays, time zone, site access and authority route are unconfirmed. Activity durations are conceptual allowances retained from the supplied network and reviewed for sequence practicality; accepted quantity takeoffs, production rates, labor hours, contractor capacity and supplier commitments are not provided. This MSPDI/PDF pair represents task hierarchy, durations, milestones, predecessor links, and calculated dates only. It does not encode resource assignments, crew capacity, resource leveling, actual progress, costs, imposed task constraints, or baselines. It is not a construction baseline or authorization to build. Verify the local calendar, access, scope, logic, durations, and dates with the project owner before operational use.

## Planning decisions

- The five inherited work packages and 124 zero-lag finish-to-start links are retained. Stage 1 acceptance and occupant relocation gate access to the pool and reception workfront. Electrical/data separation checks, pressure/leakage/drainage tests, and concealed-work inspection precede close-up; stage testing and defect correction precede integrated testing and operational acceptance.
- Procurement tracks overlap after shop-detail/interface approval to use the concept lead times. Physical execution is released by occupied-area stage; the schedule does not assume both occupied workfronts are under construction at once.
- The durations for 75 activities and 3 milestones remain the inherited conceptual allowances. The accepted design/addenda package does not provide measured quantities or accepted productivity/rate data that justify a measurable duration change. No new contingency duration or labor hours have been invented.
- Conceptually, plan distinct specialist functions for general trades, electrical, data, plumbing, HVAC, glazing/millwork, and testing/commissioning on released workfronts. Numeric crews, labor hours, assignments, capacity, and resource leveling are not represented by this adapter and are not included in the XML.
- The inherited 05-Oct-2026 start date is illustrative, not contractual. The 5x8 calendar and absence of holiday exceptions are assumptions pending local calendar and access confirmation. This is a conceptual planning schedule, not construction authorization or an approved baseline.
